Maple Roasted Root Vegetables

Sweet, savory, and perfect for cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed root vegetables

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tsp Root Veggie Roasting Blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Toss vegetables with oil, maple syrup, and seasoning.

  3. Spread on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast 30–40 minutes, tossing halfway.

Alchemist’s Note

Finish with goat cheese or toasted pecans for an elevated side dish.
