Maple Roasted Root Vegetables
Sweet, savory, and perfect for cozy dinners.
Ingredients

4 cups mixed root vegetables

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp maple syrup
-
2 tsp Root Veggie Roasting Blend
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Toss vegetables with oil, maple syrup, and seasoning.

Spread on a baking sheet.

Roast 30–40 minutes, tossing halfway.
