Tuscan Weeknight Pasta

An easy pantry-friendly pasta that tastes like it simmered all day.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can crushed tomatoes

  • 2 tsp Tuscan Treasure Italian Seasoning

  • Salt and pepper

  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  4. Stir in tomatoes and Italian Seasoning.

  5. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.

  6. Toss with pasta and top with parmesan.

Alchemist’s Note

Add spinach or white beans for a quick, hearty upgrade.
